01Does Buyer Backup submit claims for me?
No. Buyer Backup creates a local proof packet and export summary. You decide where to send it.
02Does Buyer Backup guarantee refunds or chargebacks?
No. It organizes evidence only. It does not guarantee any decision from a merchant, marketplace, carrier, insurer, payment provider, or bank.
03Does the app upload my package videos?
No, not by default. Packets stay on your device unless you export or share them.
04Can I delete packets?
Yes. Delete a packet inside the app to remove its local packet record and stored evidence from the app.
05Why does the app need camera and microphone permission?
Only so you can record proof if you choose to. Recording is optional.
